What is the fit of your trousers?
Women/Men: the fit is different on each product, we invite you to read the product descriptions and take a good look at the photos, everything is explained! Don't hesitate to consult our sizing guide or contact us if you have any questions.
What is the length of your trousers?
The length of our trousers is the same for all sizes and corresponds to a size 34. We have chosen it especially longer than the average to make it suitable for as many people as possible!
What if it's too long for you? No problem, you can cut the length at a tailor. Will costs you only a few minutes.
How to choose the right size ?
We have created size guides to help you. You will find them on each product page and also here.
Are the sizes the same from one pair of trousers to another?
Yes, the sizes are the same from one pant to another. However, for each material, the sizing of the pants is reworked to improve the fit and style of the product. In order to help you, you can find indications for each model on our size guides (i.e. take your usual size). You will find it on each product page but also here: Men size guide / Women size guide.
The trousers I want are not available, when will they be available?
Although we take great care to ensure that our products are always available, it is possible that we may be temporarily out of stock on certain sizes (the restocking period is usually one month).
How do I know if the trousers I want are available in your stores?
On each product page you can verify if the product you want is available in our stores. Don't hesitate to ask our ambassadors directly, they will be happy to help you :)
How do I maintain my trousers?
The maintenance of your pants is very important to wear them as long as possible: Find all our maintaining advices on each product page, on the label inside your pants by scanning the QR code that will redirect you to our dedicated page, right here for more details.
Where do you make your trousers?
The pants are assembled in our workshops located in the European Union (Portugal, Romania, Bulgaria), in Eastern Europe (Turkey, Ukraine) and in Maghreb (Tunisia and Morocco).
Where can I try on your trousers?
You can come and try our trousers directly in one of our stores, find all the information about them by clicking here. If you can't make it there then we advise you to place an order and try them on at home, returns are free!

How do I create my customer account?
Nothing could be simpler! All you have to do is fill in a short registration form, you will then be able to access your customer account, track and manage your orders and returns...
I've lost my password, what can I do?
To reset your password, simply click on "Forgot your password? "just in the sign in form We will then send you an email that will allow you to create a new password.
I've got a voucher or gift card, how can I use it?
Once your cart has been validated, you just need to enter your gift code reference or credit voucher in the "Do you have a code? » form. The price will then be automatically adjusted.
Order, delivery & return
I need to modify or cancel my order, how do I do this?
If your order is less than 12 hours old and you have placed it at the wrong address, colour or size, it may still be possible to modify it: contact us using the form in our "Contact us" page. We will make the necessary changes before sending your order! Please note: this is only possible on working days.
How much costs the delivery ?

Where is my parcel?
The tracking number of your parcel is in the "Delivery in progress" email you received following your order. If you haven't received it yet, it means that your order is being processed by our logistics department. You should receive it very soon. You can also find the tracking number of your package in your "My Account" space, under "My orders/returns", then in the details of the order concerned.
How do I make a return?
Returning a product is very easy! We explain the procedure right here.
When will I get my money back?
You will be informed by email as soon as your parcel is received by our team.
WARNING: changing the status of your return is not done automatically via your "My Account" space. Please take into account the Colissimo email as proof of receipt of your parcel. You will then be informed by email as soon as your refund has been processed. We will do our best to do so within 7 days of receipt of your parcel.
How does it costs to return my order ?
Return shipping is free from France thanks to our prepaid labels. Find out how to return a product right here. From foreign countries, the return costs are at the customer's expense.
Where is my return?
Your return number is on the pre-paid label you have affixed to your package. You can also obtain it via the Colissimo proof of deposit or from your online customer area (in the details of the order concerned). WARNING: the "return" status is not automatically updated in your customer area. Please take into account the Colissimo email as proof of receipt of your return by our teams. We will then proceed with the refund within 14 days. You will be notified once the refund has been made :)
Can I proceed to an exchange to a store?
Of course, in all our stores and under the following conditions:
- Within 30 days of purchase or order
- The product must be new (never worn, never washed, guarantee label always attached)
- On presentation of the receipt or order form

I haven't received the right product, what can I do?
If the product you received is not the one you ordered, contact us using the form in our "Contact us" page here.
In order to process your request as quickly as possible, please indicate on the form:
- your order number
- a photo of the product received
Once the error has been detected by our teams, we will be able to proceed with the exchange of the product.
Sponsorship programme
How does the sponsorship programme works?
If you are the sponsor, you will receive a reward of €10 for each first order of your sponsored friend in your account. If you are sponsored, you will exceptionally receive a 10% discount on your first order.
When and how can I use my reward?
You will receive your €10 reward fifteen days after your godchild's order. It will be added to your account.
You can convert it at any time into a voucher. You will then have 14 days to use it.
Tip: you can’t accumulate coupons. So, we suggest to accumulate them in your account before converting them into a rewards.
When and how can I use my 10% voucher?
You will receive your discount voucher when you create your account on the e-shop www.lepantalon.fr. This voucher is valid for all orders from €79 for 14 days.
Be careful: to receive the discount voucher you must register on the e-shop via the link of your sponsor or by clicking on the button on the invitation you received by email.
Who can be eligible for the sponsorship programme?
To become a sponsor, you must have placed at least 1 valid order on our e-shop or in our stores. To become sponsored, you must be new at LePantalon.
I have an account in your store but not online, can I be a sponsor?
Absolutely, you just need to create an account on our online shop with the email address you provided in the store. You will then be able to invite your sponsored friend(s). Once your account is created, send a message to customer service to validate your sponsor account.
Is the sponsorship programme available in your stores?
Yes, our referral program is valid on our e-shop and in our stores. If you are a shop customer and would like to benefit from the online referral campaign, then please contact us via the contact section right here. We will do what is necessary :)
How can I sponsor with my link?
You share your link with your sponsored friend(s). They will arrive on the home page of our website, they will then have to click on the "account" icon at the top right, then click on the "I create my account" button. Once this operation is done, they will receive their discount voucher.
Other subjects
I bought a gift card, how does it work?
Once you have purchased your gift card, you will need to configure it so that it is visible in your account and can be personalized. To do this, go to your customer area in the "My gift vouchers" section. Click on "Configure" and personalize the following elements:
1- Insert the name of your lucky winner
2- Insert your name as the sender
3- Write him/her a sweet word
4- Choose how to offer him/her: Send the e-gift card by email or download a printable version of the gift card that you can hand-deliver
Do you have sales and promotions?
We do not have any sales or promotions. Our aim is to offer you the best products at the fairest price. We have sales all year round!
