Home delivery

Delivery times and costs vary according to the destination. Details are provided before payment.
Belgium/Luxembourg/Germany: free deliveries for orders of €100 or more.

(1) For orders less than €200.00 incl. VAT, delivery costs are €4.5 to a collection point or post office.
(2) Average reported delivery times. If you are absent or your parcel cannot be delivered, the carrier will leave an attempted delivery card. You can reschedule the delivery.
CAUTION: if the delivery country is not within the European Union, the recipient will be liable for customs duties.

Returning products

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be NEW, i.e. never worn, never washed and never altered.
They must be in their original packaging and their hangtag must still be attached.


If you live in Paris or are passing through, you can return your product directly to one of our stores.
You will be required to present your return form or invoice.

FRANCE : free returns with the prepaid label

Steps are explained below..


Request a product return

In your customer account, click on "My orders" and then on the details of the relevant order.

In "Request return", select the product that you wish to return, specify the reason and submit your request.


Download the documents

After Step 1, go directly to your list of returns.

To the right of the required return, click on the "Return form" and "Prepaid label" buttons to download them.


Send your parcel

Slip the new product(s) into the original packaging along with the Return Form.

Finally, stick the prepaid label to the parcel and drop off at the post office.

Customers are liable for the cost of returning products from abroad.

To make a product return from abroad, follow the same steps above.
No pre-paid label will be provided, the postage of the parcel is at your expense.

Once your parcel has been received and checked by our teams, you will be refunded for the amount of the product(s) within 14 days. CAUTION: for obvious hygiene reasons, boxers and socks cannot be returned.
LePantalon reserves the right to refuse returns according to the condition of the product. In such cases, the product will be returned to the customer, who will be liable for the additional delivery costs.
No VAT refund.
